Delivery Information
Delivery Charges:
FREE - Postage, packing & delivery for orders OVER £70.
£3.95 - for all standard orders - No matter how many items you have.
The standard charge of £3.95 applies to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland only.
We would be delighted to ship our prodcuts any where in the world. Please ring our helpline number: 0113 2381255 and we will charge you the appropriate shipping cost.
Delivery Time:
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours making the UK delivery time of about 2 working days. If an item is out of stock or we have a high quantity of orders to deal with (Christmas time) there may be a slight delay – in some cases up to 10 working days (2 weeks). We will notify you if the delay is to be any more than 10 working days (2 weeks).
Urgent Deliveries:
If you require an item(s) urgently please telephone our helpline number: 0113 2381255 for availibility. If we have the item in stock, we will make every effort to dispatch it the same day, thus ensuring delivery within guaranteed 2 working days. If you require an item the next day - please telephone our helpline number and we will charge you the GPO surcharge of same day/overnight delivery ('Special Delivery').
Returns Policy
Baby Dazzlers is dedicated to offering the highest level of products, quality and service. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, as long as it is returned in its original packaging, in a saleable condition and within 10 working days (2 weeks) of receipt we will be happy to exchange it or give you a full refund. Returns postage and packaging is a direct cost to you and we regret that they cannot be refunded.
